家樂氏Special K號稱兩星期輕鬆減磅。
真的連磅都丟了﹗
剛巧7-eleven推廣中，兩小包才7元，於是我也捧了兩小包回家，與俊傑吃的家樂氏玉米片比較一下：
留意食物標籤，發現兩者熱量竟然差不多﹗
家樂氏玉米片營養標籤，每100g熱量為370 kcal。
Special K的呢？每100g熱量為366 kcal。
100g的玉米片才相差4 kcal﹗但兩者價錢相差卻不少（上周X康超市價）：
Special K（205g）原價$27.9，特價$24.9，即每100g盛惠$12.15
玉米片（170g）原價$15.9，特價$14.5，即每100g盛惠$8.53
Special K貴玉米片42.44%﹗
我曾經覺得Special K打着「減肥」旗號斂財，而我這個精明消費者當然不會受騙啦～～～吃玉米片不是一樣嗎？
吃過兩者之後，我明白為何Special K賣這麼貴了……
它比玉米片美味得多。
